The Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez and singer-composer Ogie Alcasid is set to marry before end of this year.

The sweethearts would get married either at a beach wedding or a garden wedding on Dec. 22, 2010.

The couple announced their most awaited wedding on GMA-7’s Sunday noontime show Party Pilipinas. Regine and Ogie have finally decided to the public especially to their fans in their wedding plan after the court approved the annulment of Ogie’s marriage to ex-wife Michelle van Eimeren which was married last year with fellow Australian Mark Murrow. The couple were present at the event in which Regine dedicated a song to the newly-weds. It’s presumed that Michelle and Mark will also attend Ogie and Regine’s wedding.

Their wedding was said to have huge guest and principal sponsors which include the new elect President of the Philippines Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino which is now known as P-Noy. Together with P-Noy is GMA-7’s big boss Atty. Felipo Gozon and TV5 head Manny V. Pangilinan.

John Estrada and Priscilla Meirelles two times wedding for 2011

Actor and model John Estrada and Brazilian model and Miss Earth 2004 Priscilla Meirelles announced that their planning to tie the knot in 2011.

John Estrada proposed to Priscilla Meirelles who just returned to the Philippines after visiting her family and friends. The proposal took place last July in an expensive and fine dining restaurant.

The John Estrada and Priscilla Meirelles wedding is set on 2011 which will be a two times wedding. The first wedding is on February 2011 and planned to be a simple beach wedding. Among the couple’s top choices for their wedding are the beautiful beaches of Palawan, Camarines Sur and Boracay.

Their wedding was said to have big time guest and entourage that includes his long time friends since “Palibhasa Lalake” Richard Gomez and Anjo Yllana, and TV Host Willie Revillame. Kris Aquino is also being eyed to be there.

While the second wedding ceremony in Brazil, Meirelles’ homeland. Meirelles shared that the altar date in Brazil will happen either in June or July. Priscilla is the only girl in her family, this is why her folks including her also want the ceremonies to be held in Brazil.

Keys and Beatz wedding is the latest wedding in Hollywood. Alicia Keys who is a 12-time Grammy award winning singer just said “I Do” this summer. The talented singer/songwriter married her fiancé, a music producer and also an R&B singer Swizz Beatz in an intimate and peaceful ceremony on the island of Corsica in the Mediterranean.

Keys walked down the aisle wearing an ivory silk Gracien-inspired, one-shoulder gown by Vera Wang with jeweled detailing on the back. The bride completed her wedding day look with jeweled headband and shoes to match. Her groom, Swizz Beatz wore a tuxedo designed by Tom Ford that featured a white jacket with matching white shoes and pale pink shirt.

The couple’s ceremony was conducted by Deepak Chopra which was said to have been attended by such celebrities and friends as Queen Latifah and Bono U2’s lead vocalist.

It is the 29-year-old singer’s first marriage. The pair have been together since 2008. Swizz Beatz and Keys worked together on one song for her current album, “The Element of Freedom”.

The couple is expecting a child together.

Roxanne Guinoo is said to be with a rich Filipino-Chinese businessman. Roxanne has taken his fiance to several celebrity functions like tapings and movie premieres.

The wedding was supposed to be this year but Roxanne’s sister is getting married this year as well. It is called “Sukob“, where it is highly discouraged to have 2 sisters getting married on the same year because it was said to bring bad luck.

Ryan Eigenmann and Cathy Bordalba are dating for more than 3 years now. Maybe it is really time for them to tie the knot? After all, this couple have been living together for years. Technically, only a wedding ceremony deprives them from calling each other husband and wife.

The details of the wedding haven’t been announced yet. The couple could be planning a less-public wedding. Yet, the public is awaiting for the Ryan Eigenmann and Cathy Bordalba wedding.
